I wish Joachim well as he moves on to new challenges in the future and respect his decision to take time with his family. We thank him for his leadership and contribution over the last few years. Since joining the business in January 2013, Jennifer has made a huge contribution to our development, having led multiple rounds of debt fundraising for the company.
