Sustainability Policy

At euNetworks, sustainability is a top priority.
We prioritise environmental concerns and are dedicated to advancing our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda. Our company is committed to implementing sustainable practices that will stand the test of time, reducing the environmental impact of our operations, and encouraging our customers, vendors, and suppliers to do the same. Our Sustainability Policy is aligned to this.

We place a high priority on monitoring and managing this policy. To support this, we have a Sustainability Committee of the Board of euNetworks, and a Sustainability Steering Committee made up of euNetworks employees.

The Sustainability Committee has been delegated by the Board to oversee the policy, ensuring that it aligns with our ethical and legal obligations and that all stakeholders comply with it.
The Sustainability Steering Committee is primarily responsible for implementing the policy, monitoring its effectiveness, dealing with any queries, and ensuring that internal procedures are effective in managing the matters outlined in the policy.
These Committees are responsible for ensuring effective implementation of initiatives in line with this policy, relevant action plans, and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Everyone within euNetworks bears the responsibility of supporting this policy and our commitments to our key areas of focus in Planet, People, Prosperity, and Partnership. In achieving these commitments, we rely on the support of all our stakeholders and for our suppliers, adherence to our Supplier Code of Conduct.
