London, UNITED KINGDOM – 23 December 2013 – euNetworks Group Limited, today announced that Joachim Piroth will join the company with effect from 1 January 2014 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), an Executive Director of euNetworks Group Limited and a Managing Director of euNetworks GmbH. Mr. Piroth brings great knowledge from working in the industry, having spent time at Mannesmann Group, LambdaNet Communications Deutschland AG and Versatel Deutschland GmbH. Mr. Piroth also served as CFO and Managing Director of the German and Austrian activities of BT Global Services and most recently was Group CFO of the worldwide activities of zanox Group, a leading performance advertising network, 52% owned by Axel Springer AG. “I am absolutely delighted that Joachim is joining the euNetworks team and will be leading our finance functions,” said Brady Rafuse, Chief Executive Officer of euNetworks. “Joachim will be hugely valuable to euNetworks as we focus on value creation and is a great addition to my Leadership team.”
