26 June 2006 – Completion of the Acquisition of Long Haul Network From Viatel The directors (the “Directors”) of Global Voice Group Limited (the ‘Company’) refer to the Company’s announcement dated 16th June 2006 in relation to the proposed acquisition of certain network assets by the Company and/or its subsidiaries from Viatel Holding (Bermuda) Limited (“Viatel”) and/or its subsidiaries (“Proposed Acquisition”). Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 6 February 2006.

The Directors are pleased to announce that the Company has completed the Proposed Acquisition on 23rd June 2006.
