Announcement Confirming Acquisition Of Long Haul Network Has Become Unconditional

16 June 2006 – The directors (the “Directors”) of Global Voice Group Limited (the ‘Company’) refer to the Company’s announcement dated 14th June 2006 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding for the proposed acquisition of certain network assets by the Company and/or its subsidiaries from Viatel Holding (Bermuda) Limited (“Viatel”) and/or its subsidiaries (“Proposed Acquisition”) and the related waiver from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 6 February 2006.
