euNetworks and Techem sign contract for converged mission critical connectivity

Frankfurt, GERMANY – 06 March 2007 – euNetworks, owner and operator of Europe’s highest capacity fiber network and provider of mission critical infrastructure and services, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Techem AG, one of Europe’s largest energy services companies. EuNetworks has provisioned a fully managed and scalable DWDM (Dense Wave Division Multiplexing) solution to enable the convergence of multiple protocols and services on a single platform. The solution is deployed over dedicated fiber, enabling Techem to securely transport and store data between their headquarters in Eschborn and their datacenter in Frankfurt with maximum reliability, security of data and scalability.
