Change of Name to ‘Global Voice Group Limited’

22 November 2004 The Board of Directors of Horizon Education And Technologies Limited (the ‘Company’) announced that on the 22 November 2004 it received clearance from the SGX-ST for the issuance of the circular for the proposed change of name of the Company to ‘Global Voice Group Limited’.

The Company despatched the Circular to shareholders of the Company for the purpose of convening an Extraordinary General Meeting, to seek the approval of shareholders. At the EGM, held on 21 December 2004, all resolutions relating to the matters set out in the Notice were duly passed.
