Fred is Senior Principal, Global Infrastructure at IMCO. He leads a team focused on direct investments and is responsible for implementation of the investment strategy in digital infrastructure.
Before joining IMCO in 2020, he was Investment Banking Director with Agentis Capital where he expanded the firm’s footprint with a new office in Toronto and built a team of infrastructure advisory professionals. Prior to that, he was an infrastructure investment manager with PSP Investments. Fred serves as a non-executive director on the boards of DataBank, euNetworks, and Red Funnel.
Fred holds a Master of Finance from HEC Montreal and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from McGill University.

Paula has over 30 years of experience working in the telecom industry. She joined euNetworks in November 2021 as President, euNetworks, with responsibility for all operating aspects of the business. She became euNetworks’ Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2023.
