Brady Rafuse is Chairman of the Group. He was Chief Executive Officer of euNetworks from March 2009 to December 2022. He led the company through its delisting from the Singapore Stock Exchange, privatisation and subsequent sale to Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners.
Brady brings more than 30 years of experience in the telecom industry. He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Level 3 Europe (now Lumen) where he was responsible for all of the Company’s operations in the European market. In addition, he was also President of Level 3 Content Markets, where he and his team took Level 3 into the content delivery business, as well as managing their Global IP and colocation businesses. Prior to Level 3, Brady served as Head of Commercial Operations for Concert (a joint venture between AT&T and British Telecom). Brady began his career in telecom in BT.
He holds a Masters degree from McGill University and a Diploma from Insead.
