London, UK; New York, US – 12 March 2018 – euNetworks announced today the appointment of their new Board of Directors. This follows the successful close in January 2018 of the transaction whereby Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners acquired a majority interest in euNetworks.
Neil Hobbs remains euNetworks’ Non Executive Chairman, along with Brady Rafuse, Chief Executive Officer of euNetworks. Joachim Piroth has taken the decision to step down from the board and from his position as Chief Financial Officer. Jennifer Smith joins the euNetworks board as an Executive Director and has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of euNetworks. Trent Vichie, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Stonepeak, Brian McMullen, Senior Managing Director of Stonepeak, and Bill Fathers, Senior Operating Partner at Stonepeak, all join the euNetworks board. John Siegel, Partner at Columbia Capital, maintains his position on the board, with Columbia maintaining a material interest in euNetworks.Waldemar Szlezak, Senior Managing Director of Soros Fund Management LLC, also joins the euNetworks Board of Directors.
